Everyday of the year time period from sunset to sunrise and from sunrise to sunset in certain geographic point has certain length and changes depending on date. Time of sunset and sunrise changes as well as length of day and night.

On the "Alive Time" clock day is divided into 12 equal parts. It begins at 6 am at sunrise and ends at 6 pm at sunset.

Night begins at 6 pm at sunset and ends at 6 am at sunrise next day. It is divided into 12 equal parts as well.

On the "Alive Time" clock midday is at 12 pm; midnight is at 12 am.

Indicator displays how much ordinary hours and minutes 1 hour of "Alive Time" clock contains. So, clock "Alive Time" goes faster or slower than ordinary clock depending on time of day and night. These indicators will be different in the day time and in the night time.
